In our dental office we have a very predictable system to treat tooth wear.
The treatment of tooth wear is a very important medical treatment.
Tooth wear is likely to cause the following:
- the tendency to break teeth
- heightened sensitivity of the teeth
- problems opening and closing the mouth
- infection in the jaw joint
- ear pain
- Headaches and migraines
- Problems with balance and stability
All these are likely to lead to a significant decrease in one’s quality of life, an increase in the sensation of pain in other parts of the body, and a decrease in the ability of memory and concentration, chronic tiredness, etc.
If you notice that you habitually grind your teeth, it’s advisable to make contact as soon as possible with a dentist that is expert in conducting an evaluation and treatment of the situation.
